    By Shirley Andrews

WRCA will be holding a full day of workshops on ethical issues entitled, "When Ethical Issues Collide." Dr. Fellner, Chief Executive Officer for the VA Black Hills Health Care System Research Foundation and Assistant Professor of Counseling and Human Development for SDSU, will be presenting two sessions: one for school counselors and one for agency counselors. Dr. Fellner brings a wealth of experience and information to the two topics he will be covering.
    1. "School Counseling: Confidentiality in the School Setting" (morning session, 8 to 12:10)
    2. "Agency Counseling: Integration of Clinical and Business/Organizational Ethics" (afternoon session, 1 to 5:10 pm)

Each session has been approved for four continuing education units through NBCC.

"When Ethical Issues Collide" will be held at Western Dakota Technical Institute, 800 Mickelson Drive, Rapid City. Cost to WRCA members is $30 for one or both sessions. Nonmembers will pay $50.00 but will receive a WRCA membership for the remainder of the year. A $5.00 fee for the CEUs will be charged to all non-SDCA members. Workshop registration and advance payment will be sent to Shirley Andrews, President.

Note to School Counselors: The morning session is eligible for Tech Prep bankable hours for SeEd 483/583 HSTW/MMGW/Tech Prep: Implementing a Career Cluster System.
