Cornbelt Chapter Corner

The year is just flying by! We have had so many great opportunities to connect and learn in our chapter this year. At the end of February we held a meeting where we had Gary Kaufman, a lawyer from Huron, speak to our group regarding school law and ethics. We also voted for our officers for the 2007-2008 year. We are excited to have some great leadership stepping up in our group. Congratulations to Kate Miller, President; Kelly Jones, President Elect; Kalli Fliehs, Secretary/Treasurer and Anna Fischer, Historian. We know this group of people will continue to build our chapter and to offer great opportunities to learn and serve. We are also looking forward to a great conference this year in Sioux Falls. We have a chapter social planned for Thursday of the conference and we have a large group walking together in the early AM walk on Friday. We would like to take this moment to thank all of our members for making this year another memorable and meaningful experience!
