Greetings Counselors,

It has certainly been a tough couple weeks. Hopefully, you and loved ones are healthy. As we moved into April, it became clear that it would be unsafe to hold the 2020 SDCA conference. It is with a heavy heart that SDCA leadership decided to cancel the conference. 

We are actively working on what this means for those that already paid for the conference and those that rely on the conference for trainings. If you paid for the conference, we can either provide a full refund in the form of a check or you can transfer your payment to the 2021 conference in Sioux Falls. If you want to transfer your refund, simply email us.

If you would like a refund, please download and fill out the REFUND Form. Please note, if your place of business or school issued payment the refund needs to be sent to them. Once that is complete, send your completed form to SDCA

Regarding trainings, SDCA has discussed several options for members that include live webinars and recorded zoom presentations. Information on these and other opportunities will be coming soon. 

We greatly appreciate your support of SDCA and your tireless work as a counselor. It has given us encouragement that even though we are distancing, our communities continue to work through this crisis together.
