The Call for Programs for the 2026 SDCA Conference is now open please consider giving your professional expertise at conference to better all of us.  

The 2026 SDCA Conference is scheduled to be held, April 23-25, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton Rapid City Downtown Convention Center, Rapid City.

Our theme this year is “Celebrating Each Other Together”.  Please note, while we do give special consideration to presentations connected to the theme, our goal is to provide a well rounded conference experience for all community mental health, private practice, and school counselors, and welcome a variety of presentation submissions. Introduction to techniques and having resources attendees can implement in theory daily work is highly sought after. This year's conference will be offering all programs to be at 60 minute time so please consider this when submitting your program proposal.
