Morning Session: 8:30am-11:30am

These can be difficult groups to engage in therapy.  We will take a lot at their developmental needs and expectations.  And then experiment with a variety of interventions that are age appropriate and inviting for their particular age.  We will also look at activities that can be used in multi-age and family settings.

Big Feelings-Big Problems How to Lower the Volume & Raise the Joy

Afternoon Session: 12:30pm-3:30pm

We will examine a variety of emotions and discuss how they affect individuals.  We will spend some time working in groups for you to develop a needs list of what you would like to address with your clients/students. We will then introduce a variety of interventions that you can utilize to reduce the anxiety of big emotions and develop a way to find joy in the healthy expression of feelings.
