Description:  During this time of COVID-19, we are each faced with various challenges. This workshop aims to ensure that school counselors, community counselors, teachers and other professionals working with children have a foundation of understanding what trauma is.To understand how trauma impacts your brain and behavior and how to recognize the signs of trauma. In addition, participants will Learn how to increase personal resiliency and gain practical applications for implementing resiliency.
